The service you gave us during our engagement – you delivered a first - class service at a short notice! You are never short of solutions! Your super charged spirit gives the client confidence that you will have everything sorted! And you and your team certainly gave us the same efficient and top class service again at our wedding! Delivering exceptional service at a short notice is one of your biggest strengths.
The way you maintain a constant flow of communication with your clients, is very re-assuring. Be it odd hours or weekends, you guys make yourselves available, even if it means keeping us informed that you will get back to us, makes a big difference. Again, we remember contacting several agents for our engagement and the first ones to get back to us were you, the rest took a while to get back to us, a couple of them contacted us ‘after’ our engagement! We have had similar experiences with florists, hairstylists, musicians etc. who just came across as ‘laid-back’ and we just did not want their services and hence we want you to know this is yet another great strength you have - delivering exceptional service at a short notice and being exceptionally proactive! Your flexibility and the host of alternative solutions that you provide makes it all so easy!
Your patience, you really listen to the needs of your customers… ‘one size definitely does not fit all’, and  you guys understand this so well! Elina, the most silent but most attentive of all! You make sure that you ‘listen’ and not just hear! I tell you, this quality is crucial to avoid disasters when the end product is delivered and hence one of the greatest strengths your team has!
Your creativity! This one is for designer – the flower for the bride’s hair, the bridal bouquet, the boutonniere for the groom, the boutonnieres for the men, how classy were these!!!!!!!! Extremely beautiful – Exquisite! (Now when we compare pictures of other weddings and look specifically at these items, I promise you we have not come across ‘one’ that was as stylish as the ones you created for us!!!!). I gave you a tough time with my indecisiveness on these items and you patiently steered me in the right direction, you understood me better than I understood myself, you were able to judge my taste when I was unable to communicate it to you and unable to visualise the end product. You were not afraid to tell me that some of the things I choose for my hair would look old fashioned and rubbish and that they would not compliment my style and personality! We so appreciate your straight forwardness and honesty!
The pre-nuptial dinner menu, beautifully designed! The chairs that were delivered to the church at such a short notice!  And most importantly, you must know that we appreciated you saying ‘no’ to the mass-leaflets! And this is very important to state, you knew you could not deliver a ‘quality’ product at our very very very last minute request and you chose to say ‘no’ over delivering a ‘sub-standard’ product. And this again is a great strength! It shows that you choose quality above making a few bucks that can go a long way to tarnish your reputation. This really cemented our trust and faith in you!

The décor at the venue and the dinner table layout was STUNNING! It was just as we had wanted. The décor at the Armani was really beautiful. The final look was absolutely stunning, ‘clean’ and ‘beautiful’!
And lastly your co-ordination was done perfectly.
A big thank you for arranging everything, even right down to smaller details such as dropping off of our ‘second’ set of clothes items to the venue. Everything went according to plan – vehicles on time, arrival at church – on time, and your presence at the church and venue gave us the much needed comfort. We knew that everything was under control! Your kind gesture of giving us a beautiful gift was really so very thoughtful of you!

There is no girl on earth who would not dream in childhood about a prince of her heart, about the most beautiful wedding and secret words "and from that moment they lived happily ever after."
All of that came true or rather it all only begins. Thanks to the ElegantMoment team and their well-planned wedding day on which we said our long-awaited word "Yes" on the Persian Gulf at the «One and only royal mirage» hotel which offers simply gorgeous views of the sea.
This fairy tale began with a simple at first glance, online discussions, building bridges of understanding between Almaty and Dubai and discussions of every important details of the wedding. I am very grateful to your team that we have been asked all the right questions in our discussions, listening to each preferences of our family, offers a variety of options for our most important day and at the end turned our wedding in a small, but extremely cozy and incredibly beautiful event with lots of flowers, sunshine and smiles of our close friends and relatives. Elinochka, we want to thank you and your friendly team that you were with us on this special and important day for us. After all, if it wasn’t for you and your professionalism, skill and desire to feel us, things might have turned out differently. Thank you for your efforts, everything was just magical!
I never wanted to have a wedding. I thought it was just tinsel, tradition required not so much for a couple but mostly for a family. I was insanely afraid about worries and problems related to the organization. Afraid that things could go wrong. In general, I was trying to avoid problems, worries by all means. Besides, I never looked at weddings as beautiful and being relevant to the couple and their decision to register their marriage, declare to the world that they are willing to go through life together hand in hand. And the presence of a huge number of relatives and friends and "not too good" friends ))) do blur the boundaries of celebration for two... But it should be just our day, this is our celebration! That’s what I had in my head )))
We were looking organizers who would have felt us, organized all as we needed and at the same time not bother us too much, as we did not have power and time for this. Paradox. We are fortunate that we found Elina and her girls. The wedding was very beautiful and gentle, although with guests and traditions, while at the same time fun and incredible... I cannot forget floral arrangements in general - those orchids are still in front of my eyes... Videos and photos are just superb! Thanks to Yakub and Ilya ))) Of course there were moments that went wrong because of us, what I actually was afraid of (I think Elinochka understands) )))) but the girls coped with it perfectly. I thought I'd worry too much on this day, but the support of coordinators Anastisia and Elina allowed me to relax and to get maximum pleasure! Everything went just fine )
Generally, wedding services are built on trust, the organizer should be able to immerse in the intimate space of the newlyweds. For the wedding to be remembered, it must be "stitched and tailored" for a couple, but not many succeed. Most beautiful and expensive weddings are put "on stream"... So you, Elinochka, have done everything perfectly... You changed my attitude towards the wedding. Thanks to you, I realized how much it is necessary and important! This day we remember with warmth and a very good aftertaste still remains, though half a year has already passed! Thank you again! Thank you for your friendly team!

We love our wedding day so much! Everything was so easy, relaxed, beautiful and happy! In the morning the organizers helped us with everything, nothing came out of the spotlight, every minute was coordinated so that we and guests had nothing to do but to enjoy the wedding!)))
We were particularly pleased with the work of florists and decorators, they created extraordinary beautiful bouquets, archway and decorations!
Photographer and videographer have been with us the whole day and captured these joyful minutes for us on photos and videos! I thank them very much!
The yacht trip was great! ) We will never forget it!) We are very glad that we managed to still have time before a dinner to see Dubai fountain show!)) Restaurant Atmosphere at 122nd floor in Burj Khalifa was perfect! None of us have dined at such breakneck height so far))
